Baby Soft Smooth Skin with Tubby Todd Cream

I was at a friend's house and was interacting with their new baby, and I was astonished at how incredibly soft and smooth their baby's skin was.

Now before I had a baby, I thought it was obvious that a baby's skin would be smooth, but actually not so. They get rough skin from eczema (maybe because of the dry air or the water here).
