We took a stroll down Castro Street in Mountain View on a Saturday morning and decided to stop for some croissants. We peered into the pastry display case and woohoo - they still had black sesame croissants available! One of the employees recommended it last time I was there and omg you need to try one if you haven't! (I think it also sells out quickly, so catch one if you can!)
First off, the pastry looks so amazing.
Then you bite into it and it's filled with this creamy filling that's delicious. Here's how the website describes it: "Buttery, two-tone croissant made of charcoal, filled with our signature black sesame cream." Mmmm, I never had anything like it before, and this it the only place I've ever seen it. It is sweet though, so I preferred splitting it with my hubby.
Here are some other croissants to choose from! Oh and they have more that aren't pictured here like almond croissants, mochi croissants, Kouign-amanns, and more.
