Chinatown in SF has plenty of those to-go dim sum places where it's a literal hole in the wall and you order what you want, they pack it into pink boxes for you, and then you're off on your way. But in the Peninsula/South Bay, you can't really find those, EXCEPT for Dim Sum King in Sunnyvale off El Camino Real.
It's a little bigger than a hole in the wall but you can't really sit down and eat it there. So anyways, this place is great when you have a dim sum craving in the middle of the day or want some dim sum without the full ok sit-down experience.
I didn't grab a pic of the store but here's our haul! Shrimp dumplings, chive dumplings, egg rolls, fried shrimp balls, daikon, noodles, siu mai, and sesame balls!
Enjoy!
