These freshly made German pretzels can be found on most Wednesdays at the food stand within Ava's downtown market on Castro Street in downtown Mountain View.
Look how amazing they look!!

Rica (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) is from Germany. She used to have an industry job there but here she is doing this new cooking venture! She has been baking for family and friends for 10 years and now her pretzels and breads can be found through the Creative Collective at Ava's market on most Wednesdays! Check the Instagram page for official confirmation on which days she will be there.
Here's a snapshot of the breads she has. I had the rolls and they are reallyy good! Fluffy, soft, chewy, and perfect texture when you bite into them.

I actually first saw her at Ava's on a Tuesday when she was busy prepping all these pretzels and breads to sell on Wednesday. So there's a lot of care and love put into her loaves! Then I came back the next day to get some! The pretzels are top notch, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with some salt on the outside too.
Will definitely return for more! I don't know the exact cost of each one but we got 2 pretzels and 2 rolls for $13, so it's reasonably priced.
