I found out about this brand which was casually mentioned in an Angelina Jolie article in Vogue magazine. I looked it up and immediately wanted to try it out! I ordered the 3-bar gift set of single origin chocolate and here it is.
Even opening the set is an experience! This packaging deserves lots of photos haha. When enjoying it, you've got to read this panel in gold text to set the tone and really appreciate what's inside! So much intentionalgoes into the process of ethically sourcing the beans from around the world and then slowly handcrafting these chocolates in Eureka, CA. It's hard to describe what this bar tastes like because it tastes very delicate, but also has a sweetness to it, and then has a slight bitter taste at the end of it too. It's quite a complex flavor!
I haven't tried the other ones yet but here are the details. I will be savoring these! It's fun to try in a chocolate tasting with other people too so you can try to discuss and pin down what it is that you taste!
I highly recommend these chocolates. My hubby declared, "Now I only eat chocolates from Dick Taylor." 😂 I'm definitely going to gift this to people who love chocolate in my life! I also want to try other flavors too.
