Home cooked: Cheesecake Factory Cajun Jambalaya Pasta Recipe

What's the dish I almost always get with 99% certainty at Cheesecake Factory? THE Cajun Jambalaya Pasta! I can already picture it in my mind, with the fresh linguini and the shrimp and sausage piled in the middle and the paprika/Cajun spice blend and parsley sprinkled around the edges of the platter.


But you know what's even more amazing? That they released the recipe online!! So here it is so you can make it at home in your very own kitchen.

I asked my hubby to cook it the other night and it was really good, I ate two bowls. Sorry I don't have a pic, I was enjoying it too much. But it took him all afternoon to make. He started by making his own chicken seafood broth from shrimp and lobster shells, so actually the broth was best part haha. But the noodles were good too, it was fresh spinach linguine from Saporito Pasta found at Piazza (and other specialty grocery stores) + shrimp + lobster + andouille sausage + peppers.


Good as leftovers the next day too! Definitely knocked it out of the park with this recipe.
