Recent favorite recipes discovered on YouTube Shorts

There's no denying that short form video content makes us more impatient and shortens our attention spans. I rarely watch a long-form recipe video nowadays, it just takes too long! I just want the highlights in 60 seconds! :P

Here are some fun recipes I've recently tried that I found on YouTube Shorts. They are easy and taste pretty good.

Tiffy Cooks beef wrapped enoki mushrooms:

Chef Bae's zero calorie mocktails that her celebrity clients love:

@CookingWithAyeh's crispy rice paper dumplings:

Ilana Muhlstein (@Nutrition Babe) tries making the viral strawberry clusters. I feel so-so on these but they were fun to make! Definitely don't skimp on the chocolate - dunk it in the chocolate, not just a drizzle.

What are some of your favorite easy recipes from YouTube?

P.S. If you enjoy home cooking, you could also check out my earlier post about curry beef patty lettuce wraps or putting a cookie in a cast iron!
