When you're in the mood for a little snackeroo in Mountain View, check out Mochi Waffle Corner on El Camino (near Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Mountain View / near the entrance to Highway 85). Thanks to my friend who recommended this place and likes to bring her kids here!
It's a very small corner shop but sells hot fresh made-to-order waffles. We are fans of the green pandan mochi waffle. It comes in these stamped paper bags.
And inside is this glorious goodness.
It's pretty filling so if you eat it soon before dinner, it will ruin your appetite lol.
They have all sorts of boba tea drinks too because you'll probably get thirsty after eating this. Menu below:
The waffle box for a group looks tempting too! Even though the toppings look good, I'm happy with eating mine plain.
Stop by for a waffle break if you're in the neighborhood. They're on Doordash as well.
