Rozmary Kitchen was born in 2021 during the pandemic and started popping up at the local bakery The Midwife & The Baker every Friday in Mountain View. From when I first heard about this place, whenever I checked the website, it was always sold out for the week!
Each week, orders open on Wednesday at 10am for pickup on Friday between 10am - 2pm. So this time I set my alarm on my phone to "Order sandwiches" at 10am on Wednesday and luckily we got our pick. We ordered the Fanucci which has mortadella, soppressata, provolone, relish, and more delicious goodness, plus the Big Ol' Market salad with avocado. You also choose a pickup window for which timeslot during the 10am - 2pm you want to pick up your order. I also setup a calendar invite to remind myself not to pick up this highly coveted sandwich that I've been anticipating for so long!

Parking is kind of hard to come by, but you can find a spot on a side street.
Go up to the tent to pick up your order, which is waiting on the racks.
Btw it's located at the bakery because they use freshly baked bread to make the sandwiches. Here's the rack of bread waiting to be made into lovely sandwiches.

And by golly, these sandwiches delivered!! Tastes so good. 5 out of 5 stars. Crispy bread, everything is so balanced and delicious inside. The salad was really good too, the dressing, and chickpeas, and peaches!! No picture because I gobbled that up.
This is half the sandwich, I split halfsies with my hubby.
I can only sum up this place in one word: FRESH. Fresh ingredients, fresh bread, fresh salad, even the cucumbers in the salad are so crispy and crunchy.
